Nor do we use it for any purpose other than to help us monitor traffic on our website, or (in case of criminal activity or misuse of our information) to cooperate with law enforcement.

We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve the site. As per our cancellation policy, cancellation will be considered only if requested within 1 hour of order placement. However, there won’t be any cancellation if order is in process state. For fresh category order, there won’t be any cancellation as being fresh they have very less shelf life and cannot be given to any other customer. We can possibly store the order for 12 hours in our cold storage and deliver it as frozen at next slot with incurred charges of Rs. 30.
Once the refund is approved it may take 2 working days to initiate the refund request and you will receive a refund confirmation message/mail within that period. Please note in refund cases, the concerned bank may take 4-7 working days to post a credit to your account.
We have a very liberal cancellation policy. Cancellation will be considered only if requested within 1 hour of order placement. However, there won’t be any cancellation if order is in Process state. In case of quality deliverance failure, there will be refund or replacement. But it should bring to our notice within 1 hour of delivery. After inspecting the delivered products decision will be taken by our service team.
While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate information. We will endeavor to notify you immediately of any such cancellation.
Dhote Chicken Center will charge 20Rs to 50Rs for home delivery. As per our delivery policy, Dhote Chicken Center delivers on all seven days.
Delivery will be failed in case of following:
‐ Wrong Address
‐ Locked Premise or blocked entry
‐ Recipient not available
In case of heavy rains, flood, earthquake, National Bandh or any such unavoidable circumstances, Dhote Chicken Center reserves right to reschedule the delivery to later date. In such situation, we’ll call and confirm rescheduled delivery.
Dhote Chicken Center endeavors to deal with reputable third parties who provide good quality meat products, however we accept no responsibility or liability for the quality or quantity of any products delivered from said third parties. It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly check the supplied products before agreeing to receive an order.
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have included your correct address, email address and contact number when ordering.
Once the order has been accepted, this represents an agreement between the customer and Dhote Chicken Center. Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are subject to availability.
