Roasting: Preheat oven to 180°C. On a baking tray, on a bed of vegetables of your choice, place the bird (breast down) and bake in oven till golden brown. Remove from oven, cover with tin foil and bake again, while occasionally checking if cooked through by piercing the meat of the thigh (the most meaty part).
Ideal Cooking Time: 60-90 minutes
